Two theme trails at the back of the Sellrain Valley - ideal for families. Soft alpine pastures, scented mountain forests, rugged peaks and Sanfte Almwiesen, duftende Bergwälder, schroffe Gipfel und blazing glaciers invite you to into nature.

Eventful hiking in Praxmar and Lüsens

The end of the Lüsens Valley forms an exceptionally beautiful head of the valley. An area of gentle pastures, fragrant woods, rugged peaks and glittering glaciers, it is the perfect spot for exploration, to find release from the hustle of everyday life. Take a deep breath, and relax!

Nature Trail Praxmar

Through a forest of Swiss stone pines, the nature trail will take you from Praxmar to Lüsens. Along the path there are ten way stations describing natural history, flora and fauna of these special high alpine woods.

Glacier Educational Trail Lüsens

The glacier trail will lead you to Fernauboden, an area which neighbours the bizarre world of the Lüsens Glacier. Nine way stations will inform you about all aspects of a glacier's world.
