The region Kühtai Sellraintal is a hiker's paradise. Mountaineering schools "Alpinschule Innsbruck" and "Follow-me" offer perfect programmes which will help you enjoy the mountains. The summer hiking programme starts from June till October 2011.

High Altitude Trail "Sellraintaler Höhenwanderweg" from St. Sigmund to Oberperfuss

with a stop at Rosskogel Hütte.

Hike along the forest line at approx. 2000m (6500 ft) above sea level and experience the Sellrain Valley from an eagle's perspective! Your hiking guide will tell you about formation, settlement and culture of the Sellrain Valley. Hiking time approx. 6 hours

"Adventure Day in the back of the Sellrain Valley"

This hike follows the Nature- and Glacier Trail. A highlight is the visit to an alpine dairy in Lüsens, with a chance to sample the cheese made there
